Our deep and heartfelt sympathies go to Barbara and the Tinley family. It was a privilege to know Mike as my friend's dad (Allison) and I will never forget his dry, very direct humor. He was a one-of-a-kind man leaving behind a legacy of great love of family and community. We pray for peace and comfort for all. David, Ellen (Moran) and Robert Arvayo
