Carlos Acosta

Carlos Lujan Acosta, 62, was born in Ft. Stockton, TX on November 3, 1953 to Manuel and Tanis Acosta. He passed away in Lubbock, TX on March 18, 2016.

Carlos was a well-rounded business man. He owned C & A Meter Co. which was established in 1984 together with his wife. He had a passion for his work, and shared his time with many. Carlos loved his vacation time with his family and loved his grandkids. He was a very simple but hard working man!

He is survived by his wife, Anita B. Acosta, children, Carlos J. Acosta of Hobbs, NM and Amanda Acosta of Lubbock, TX; grandchildren, Noah Matthew Garcia and Jonah Acosta Frausto; mother, Tanis Acosta siblings; Ramon Acosta of Las Cruces, NM, Manuel Acosta, Sr., of Ruidoso, NM, Chon Acosta of Hobbs, Maria Jaquez of Jal, NM and Josie Acosta of Lovington, NM.

Carlos was preceded in death by his father, Manuel.
