Carlos Mendoza Jr., 64, was called to his eternal resting place on November 24, 2020. He entered this world on October 9, 1956 in El Paso, Texas, born to Chuck and Francis Mendoza. He is survived by his wife Connie Mendoza, and children Latae, Charlie, Jasmine, Kelli and Alicia. Charlie served in the United States Marine Corps from 1975 to 1980. Charlie was a fun-loving and caring Husband, Father and Friend. Charlie had a passion for working with his hands, being a mechanic and also loved the outdoors.
