Danna Jo Treat

Danna Jo "Nana" Treat (Richardson), 64, passed away on April 19, 2026, in Eunice, New Mexico. Born on October 10, 1961, in Odessa, Texas, Danna lived a life filled with love and dedication to her family and community.

Danna earned her GED and embarked on a career that showcased her strong work ethic and commitment. She spent six years working in the cafeteria before transitioning to a custodial role, where she served for an impressive 19 and a half years. Her dedication to her work was matched only by her devotion to her family.

Danna is survived by her loving husband, Larry Dean Treat; her children, Larry William Treat, Brandy Michelle Treat, Danielle Nicole Dudley; and her son-in-law, Kory Dudley. She had 9 Grand children, Brittany, Jasmine, Chase, Austin, Atley, Oaklynn, Asher, Kynzleigh and Renee. She was predeceased by her parents, Sharon Kay Richardson and William "Bill" Richardson.

Danna found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren and cherished every moment with them. She also loved being in the mountains, where she found peace and happiness surrounded by nature's beauty. Known affectionately as "Nana," she was deeply loved by many and will be profoundly missed. Her family remembers her as the best momma and nana ever—a title she wore with pride.
