Danny Harold Seay, 74 yrs. old, was born May 15, 1952, in Lamesa, Texas to parents Joe and Mary Seay. Danny passed away on July 8, 2026, in Seminole, Texas.

Danny attended school in Jal, New Mexico, before moving to Smithville, Texas, then moved back to Eunice, New Mexico and the Hobbs area. Danny loved to work puzzles, paint, play games, fish and camp and listen to country music. He attended country music dances especially with “Under the Double Eagle Band” and senior citizen dances in Hobbs, Seminole and Meadow. He was very dedicated to his two dogs Scooter and Blondy.

He is preceded in death by his parents Joe and Mary Seay, a brother Gary Seay, nephews Ryan Seay and Keaton Beseda and brother-in-law Jim Parish and an old music friend Lindy Durham.

He is survived by sister Brenda Parish of Portales, brothers Jack Seay and wife Beverly of Whiteface, Texas, and Eddie Seay and wife Rena of Hobbs, New Mexico, and 19 nieces and nephews.

No service is scheduled; cremation will take place under the direction of Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.
