Debbie Reimers, 52, took her last breath at her earthly home and her first breath in eternity on April 2, 2020. She entered this world on March 28, 1968, in Oklahoma City, OK, born to Edward Maxey and Frances Webb. Debbie was an incredible wife, mother, godmother to Miss Kaylei, g-ma to her fur grandbabies, daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend, She was vibrant, beautiful, full of laughter, that included a laugh that sounded like a monkey, sassy, confident, addicted to shopping, lover of fashion and decorating, courtyard dweller, dedicated employee, nacho muncher, practical joker and Princess of the King.

She is survived by her husband Brad Reimers of Hobbs, her son Lt. USAF Shay Reimers, of Fort Walton, FL, her daughter Destiny Reimers, of Lubbock, TX, her father Edward Maxey; stepmother Lynda Maxey; mother Frances Smith; stepfather Charles Smith all of OK; sisters and brothers, Paula Bugg, Dennis Maxey, Sandra Hardy, Rickey Maxey all of OK; aunts, Faye Amos and Rose Shipman of OK; Levita Parks of MI; Lois Kelsey; uncle Charles Maxey; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by grandmother, Elene Effie Houser and grandfather Edward Maxey.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Crosswinds Community Church of Hobbs, CCC Fresh Hope Cancer Ministry, Light of Lea County, First American Abstract and Title, Hobbs Realtors, Kindred Hospice of Hobbs, the nursing staff and ER of Nor Lea Hospital in Lovington, and to the numerous friends that loved and supported us on this journey.
