Donahsue Allen

Born on June 4, 1954, in Kermit, TX, she passed away in her home on July 22nd, 2025, in Hobbs, New Mexico.

Survived by husband Michael Dean Allen, son Jason Michael Allen, grandchildren Brent Michael Allen, Clayton Allen, Madison Allen, Maddox Allen. Siblings Francis Geiger, Vivian Collier, Elaine Hodgson, and William Campbell.

Preceded by her parents William Baxter Campbell and Mary Francis Askew-Campbell, siblings Charles Geiger and Joan Scruggs, her son John Robert Allen, and her in-laws Eva and Earl Allen.

Donahsue was an amazing woman, wife, mother, and granny who loved her family and treated just about everyone as her own. She was Assistant Vice President for Lea County State Bank where she also worked as a Teller Supervisor and for loan operations. After the bank, she spent her free time visiting her friends and family, playing games on Facebook, and often making quilts in her craft room for one of her adopted grand-babies. Donahsue Campbell-Allen was a strong woman who never took a second thought when she spoke her mind and was always known for having a cold coke anywhere she went. She will be missed.
