He was born on August 23, 1950, in Empalme, Tamaulipas, to Refugio and Natividad Garcia. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Rosa Garcia; his daughters, Aracely Sanchez and Maria Quiroga; his sons, Mike Ventura and Eleazar Garcia Jr.; as well as his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, and many cherished nieces and nephews.
