Ernest Palfrey, Jr.

Mr. Ernest Palfrey, Jr. was born on August 2, 1955, in Jennings, La. to the late Ernest & Doris Palfrey.  He departed this earthly realm on August 25, 2021.

He moved to Hobbs and began work at the Urenco Plant.  Later he went to work for Schlumberger.  He retired in 2019 from the Lea County Septic Tank Service.

He was a man who truly loved his wife.  He never forgot his humble beginnings. He loved Louisiana music & cuisine. He also adored his beloved schnauzer.

A sister & brother, Crnest Palfrey & Diane Palfrey also greets him on the eternity shore. Left to mourn him are his wife, Pat Palfrey of the home; three wonderful step-children & their families; his siblings, Harold Abraham of Arizona; Sarah Veneable (William) of Temple, TX.; Jenorah Palfrey of Broeabridge, La.; Doris Palfrey, Eric Palfrey, Anthony Palfrey and Angela Palfrey, all of Jennings; and his Schnauzer pal, “Brando.”

The family wishes to express their appreciation for the many acts of kindness shown during this time of bereavement.
