Francis Mulheran

A memorial service for Sr. Master Sgt. Francis Mulheran. 82, of Hobbs will be 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 7. 2012. at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.

Chaplain Elio Barrios of Vista Care Hospice will officiate.
Cremation will take place. Services are under the arrangement of Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.

Mulheran died Sept. 1. 2012. at Lea Regional Medical Center. He was born June 28. 1930, in Philadelphia. Penn. He married Ottilie Mulheran on Dec. 10, 1953. in Garmesh. Germany.

He retired with an honorable discharge after 29 years of service. He was a photographer while serving our country. He loved model trains, to scale model buildings and ceramics. He was a wonderful father, friend, counselor and family man.

Survivors include two sons, Michael M. Mulheran and wife Marlene S. of Hobbs, and Robert A. Mulheran of Wichita, Kansas two daughters, Anna E. Blaum and husband Joseph of Lake City Colo., and Michelle M. Penn of Hobbs nine grandchildren, Robert H. Mulheran, Christopher L. Mulheran. Adam L. Penn, Erik Penn, Catherine Penn, Rochelle Penn, Matthew Mulheran, Casey Mulheran and Alan Mulheran and three greatgreat grandsons. Maykala Penn, Tristan Reddel Penn and Nathaniel Penn.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ottilie Mulheran sister Sis Mulligan, parents Timothy and Anna Mulheran and great grandchild Drake Mulheran.
