Helen Starks

Helen Marie (Haley) Starks, 80 years old, passed away on August 13, 2020.

She was born on November 21, 1939 in Seagraves, Texas. She was the daughter of Alva and Ona Haley. She was one is seven children, three brothers and three sisters. She married Troy Starks on May 15, 1965. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hobbs and was involved in many church activities. She is survived by her husband Troy of the home, son Ron Starks of Hobbs, daughter Karen Norris and husband Newt of Blackwell, OK, six grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, six siblings, and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Ron Starks, Karen Norris, Dylan Starks, Dustin Starks, Newt Norris, and Cody Williams.
