Memorial services for Jacob Phillip Dupree of Lovington will be held at noon Friday, April 29, 2011, at Immanuel Baptist Church with Pastor David Downs officiating.
Jacob was born March 1, 2011, in Lubbock, TX, to Robert and Alison Dupree, and he died April 16, 2011, in Lubbock. The name Jacob means to hold on and he had lots of spirit and was a fighter. He was a very loving baby and enjoyed his mom reading books to him.
Survivors include his mom and dad maternal grandparents, Hershel and Sharon Eliza
beth Caudil of Timberon, NM paternal gransparents, Rick and Rhonda Dupree of Hobbs and his sister, Kyleigh Elizabeth Dupree, also of Hobbs.
