alignjustifyMr. LeMons, 65, died April 15, 2009, at his home in Hobbs. He was born May 17, 1943, in Kilgore, Texas. He married Corliss Faye LeMons on May 17,1972, in Lovington, New Mexico.
alignjustifyMr. LeMons had lived in Hobbs since 1950. He worked for Lasco and Chaparral Construction Companies for thirty years. James was an active member of the Church of the Firstborn. He enjoyed reading his Bible and visiting with his church brethren.
alignjustifySurvivors include his mother, Eddie Louise Masey LeMons of Roby, Texas; three sons, Tony LeMons of Lepine, Oregon, Michael R. Noseff of St. Louis, Missouri, and Michael Balin McFadden of Hobbs; four daughters, Brenda Land of Hobbs, Michelle King of Los Angeles, California, Tamra Lowe of Hobbs, and Lorissa Lobb of Las Cruces, New Mexico; and a sister, Mary Helen Elkins of Roby, Texas.
alignjustifyJames was preceded in death by his father, James Monroe LeMons, and his wife, Corliss Faye LeMons.
alignjustifyMemorial contributions can be made to Church of the Firstborn General Assembly building fund.
