Jamie Thompson

M r s . Thompson, 38, died Dec. 2, 2006, on the highway outside of Lovington, N.M. She was born May 14, 1968, in Clovis, N.M. She married Reggie Thompson in 1998 in Hobbs, N.M.

Jamie was a graduate of Hobbs High School and attended New Mexico Junior College. Jamie was a graduate of the Artesia Vocational Training Academy. She enjoyed refinishing furniture and baby-sitting. She was a woman of many talents.

Survivors include her husshy;band, Reggie Thompson of the home; a son, Quin Smith of the home; a daughter, Alexa Draughn of the home; her father, Clarence Smith of Hobbs, N.M.; and a brother, Clarence Smith III of Raymond, Ill .

Jamie was preceded in death by her mother, Rena Smith and her grandfather and grandmother, James L. and Ester Taylor.
