Jimmie T. Cooper went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 28, 2021, surrounded by family. The only thing he loved more than the cowboy way of life was his family. He was a great husband to Betty Baum Cooper for 68 years, wonderful dad to Jimmie B. Cooper and Adana Green, adored his grandkids, Will Hilliker, Jake Cooper, Jim Ross Cooper, Jill Cooper Tanner and Kate Hilliker and absolutely cherished his great grandkids.
He was a giving friend to many in Lea County and loved to play practical jokes on everybody.
