Jimmy Johnson

Jimmy Lynn Johnson was born, in Lamesa, Texas, on May 26, 1950, to John and Vera Johnson. He passed peacefully at home on October 17, 2022.  He was 72. Jimmy is survived by his wife, Bonnie, children; Lynde Johnson, Lara Woodruff, Jode Johnson, and Donade Lopez.  Also surviving him is his brother; Charles Johnson, sisters; Jane Dillard, Joy Boling, Iris Johnson, and Maudie Winn. Preceding him in death are his brother, Edward Johnson and sister, Mary Uzzle.  Jimmy had seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.  He was a man of many talents; he could build anything. He loved fishing and took the kids every chance he got.  Jimmy was a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, friend, and husband. He will be terribly missed by family and friends alike.
