Juan Villalobos

Juan Villalobos, age 80, passed away peacefully on Friday Aug.21,2020. He is survived by his wife Marylou Villalobos, his children; Christina Lopez (Rudy), Lilly Lopez (Arnold), Janie Castillo (Arturo), Yolanda Salinas (Jamie), Daniel Villalobos (Chris), Jesse Villalobos (Lupe), Christopher Villalobos, Jessica Licon (Julian), and Jasminn Villalobos, his brothers; Abram Villalobos and Camillo Villalobos, his sisters; Nena Fierro and Tonya Rey, 15 grandkids, 27 great grandkids, and 3 great-great-grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents Tiburcio and Christina Villalobos, brother Manuel Villalobos and grandson Arturo “Spike” Castillo Jr.

Juan was born in El Paso on July 18,1940, to Tiburcio and Christina Villalobos. He married Marylou Dominguez on August 3rd, 1958. He moved to Seminole in 1976 then to Hobbs in 1984 to present.

He was a member of the Door Christian Fellowship Church. He worked at B&M for 18 years, Smith and Sons a couple of years and retired in 1999. He was a trailer park owner for 16 years.

He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. He enjoyed spending time with his family. His grandchildren were his life. He was a great man and kind to everyone.
