Juanita Granger

Juanita Hernandez Granger, 75, of Hobbs, NM departed her loving family to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 29, 2021.  She was born and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico on July 21, 1945. Juanita and her late husband, Harry Granger Jr., raised 3 children; daughters, Lisa Wilson (Leo) and Priscilla Fuentez (Leonard) and son, Harry Ervie Granger III (Tabatha), and stepdaughter Terry Martinez.   She was a grandmother to 4 grandchildren; Brittany Perez (Javier), Cynthia Lara (Jonathan), Anthony Fuentez and Tiffany Fuentez. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elias and Esther Hernandez, her Husband Harry L. Granger Jr., brothers Vicente Hernandez and Gregorio Hernandez, and sister Mary Lopez. She is survived by two sisters, Rose Leos of Murrieta, CA and Lorenza Hernandez of Carlsbad, NM. She is also survived by her many Nieces and Nephews. Juanita was known for her hard work ethic and later in life found a special place in her heart filled by the joy of taking care of children. She greatly enjoyed sewing and gardening.
