Kathie Ann Miller

Kathie Ann Miller, born Kathie Caldwell on February 8, 1950, in Austell, Georgia, passed away on February 23, 2026, in Hobbs, New Mexico, surrounded by her loving family.

Kathie was born to Agnes and Clyde Lunsford, both of whom preceded her in death. She was a loving sister to Donna Chafin, and Austin Lunsford, as well as her late sister, Susan Stone and Harold Caldwell.

Kathie married Thomas Eugene Miller Sr. on August 3, 2000. She was a devoted and loving wife who stood faithfully beside her husband. Kathie was known for her strong work ethic and her unwavering dedication to her family, always placing their needs above her own.

Kathie was a devoted mother to Tara Miller and her late daughter, Robin Saffell. She loved her children unconditionally and was their constant source of strength, encouragement, and guidance. As a grandmother and great-grandmother, she found her greatest joy in her family. She was deeply involved in their lives, offering wisdom, comfort, and steady support. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the pride of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She was a proud grandmother to Corey and his wife Vanessa, Emily and her husband David, Taylor and her husband Brandon, and Marshall, and a cherished great-grandmother to Steven, Luke, and Jade.

Kathie will be remembered as a beacon of love and selflessness. She was a guiding light to her family, offering constant support, strength, and compassion. Her legacy of love and devotion will continue through the generations she so deeply cherished.

Kathie was preceded in death by her parents, Agnes and Clyde Lunsford; her husband, Thomas Eugene Miller Sr.; her daughter, Robin Saffell; and her sister, Susan Stone.
