Linda Winker, 76, passed away peacefully Saturday, November 28, 2020 at her home in Eunice, NM. She is survived by her husband Bill Winker, their two daughters: Carol Miller and Donna Taylor, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. No services are planned at this time.
