Nealon D. Luker was born on November 19, 1926, in Brownfield, Texas, to Galen Dean and Virgie Merle Luker, and passed into the arms of his Heavenly Father on February 23, 2022, in Hobbs, New Mexico at the age of 95. Nealon was saved as a young boy and always loved the Lord, his family, and our great country. He was a true Patriot and was a World War II Veteran. He learned to farm at a very young age and worked most of his adult life in the oilfields of Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. He had so much fun dancing and did some really fancy foot work!
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Luker; son, Mike and Rene Luker; one daughter, Jeannette and Chuck Wages; his grandchildren, Meagan and Jonathan James; Willie Luker; Chris Luker; Morgan and Mark Kimsey; and Dylan and Allyson Wages; his great grandchildren, Hannah Pavon, Alex Pavon, Warren Wages, and Eli Wages; his sister, Reba and Glenn Extor; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, his first wife, Cholly Luker, a brother, Rudolph Luker, a sister, Billye Dean Boyd, and numerous nieces and nephews.
