Ramon Lopez entered the gates of heaven on October 7, 2023, at the age of 93 in Hobbs, New Mexico, surrounded by his loving family. Ramon was born on March 4, 1930, in Fort Stockton, Texas to Marcelino and Genoveva Lopez. Ramon was the sixth of eight siblings, seven brothers and one sister. Ramon married Ramona Dominguez on August 27, 1955. Ramon was self-employed "Lopez Plumbing." Ramon was an avid golfer and loved hunting. Ramon golfed until the age of 92.

Ramon is survived by the mother of his children, Ramona D. Lopez, and their five children, Joe Lopez and wife Rosa Isela, Rosa Elizondo and husband Enoch, Teresa Reynolds and husband Stephen, Johnny Lopez and wife Carolina, and Julian Lopez.

Ramon has 17 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson. Ramon is preceded in death by his parents, and all of his siblings. Ramon is having a great reunion with his loved ones and his Heavenly Father.
