He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Nicole Disch of Anchorage, Alaska and his sister, Wanda Betts Wheeler of Tahleguah, Oklahoma. Robert was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Margret Betts, wife; Sandra B. Buxkemper Betts, son; Robert Lynn Betts and his sisters; Peggy M. Betts Walden and Brenda J. Betts Keasler
