Sharon Denise Fuentes, born on August 7, 1975, went home to our Lord on November 15, 2025.
Our mom was the most loving mother, daughter, sister, and Nana who touched the lives of everyone she met. She was known for her warm heart, her strong spirit, and the way she always cared for others. She was so funny and had a way of making everyone around her laugh, bringing joy even in the simplest moments.
Sharon leaves behind her three children: Denise Trujillo, Andrew Trujillo, and Stephanie Trujillo; and her five beloved grandchildren: Alaya Rodriguez, Adallyn Rodriguez, DJ Rodriguez, Benny Rodriguez, and a baby boy on the way, Andrew Jr. She also leaves behind her mother, Tammie Fuentes; her Brother Albert Fuentes and Sister in Law Irma Fuentes, nephews, Jordan & Jonathan Fuentes, 3 great nephews, cousins, and many aunts and uncles who loved her dearly and played a huge role in her life from the time she was a baby-especially two dearest aunts she considered second mothers, Irma Jimenez and Sylvia Peña.
She is welcomed into Heaven by her father, Albert Fuentes; her grandparents, Sal & Enedina Pacheco, Mary Jo & Eddie; her aunt and uncles, Ralph & Luz Vela, and Abraham Peña; her beloved Welita, And her precious niece & nephew Emma Rose and Christin Jo Fuentes.
Sharon was an incredible cook who always made sure everyone around her was fed and cared for. She loved listening to music while she cooked or cleaned- Christian music, Mary J. Blige, and especially her all-time favorite, Tupac. Her genuine heart, beautiful smile, and calming voice brought comfort to everyone. No matter what life brought her way, she carried herself with grace, kindness, and a smile that could ease any worry. She would do anything for her family, no matter the cost, always putting them first.
She loved to work and took pride in every job she had, always giving her full effort. And when problems came, Sharon's first answer was always to pray. Her sweet words—
"Everything will be okay” were her way of soothing and guiding those she loved.
And One thing about Sharon: she would do anything and everything for her family.
Her love, strength, humor, and faith will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
We will miss her every single day, but we take comfort in knowing she is finally at peace, surrounded by the loved ones who went before her. Her memory lives on through her children, grandchildren, and everyone whose lives she touched. Thank you to all who have lifted our family in prayer, love, and support during this difficult time.
“My child, I would never leave you, during your times of trial, when you saw only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.”
Memorial Services for Sharon will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, At the Chapel of Hope. Service begins at 3:00 PM.
