Teddy Casey

On December 22, 2022, Ted Casey of Hobbs, New Mexico was called home. He was born on the 24th of May 1960 in Globe AZ to William and Bessie (Caillouette) Casey. Ted grew up in and around Safford AZ and Lordsburg, NM. Ted was the youngest of four children. His first job was at Road Forks down by Lordsburg changing tires. Then he helped his dad work on heavy equipment. Then he followed the road of construction around NM. Ted then joined the Army in 1979, where he learned to be an Apache helicopter mechanic traveling to Alaska, Kileen TX then to Hawaii. Ted was then honorably discharged in 1990. Ted then started for KW fuels in 1995. Ted is survived by his son Andrew Casey and daughter-in-law Brittany Casey of Hobbs NM, grandchildren Brayden Ebbin Casey and Kyli Rayann Casey, brother Joe Casey and wife Lois Casey of Carlsbad, sister Pat Walter, and husband Keith Walter of all preceded in death by his parents, a sister Joyce Frazier, nephew Kenneth Frazier, and his beloved dog Babygirl.  Babygirl was the love of his life, but his grandkids were his world.
