Vicki Strasner

Vicki Kay Strasner of Hobbs, NM passed away on July 31, 2021.  Vicki was born on September 19, 1951, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Kenneth Dale Lindsay and Wanda Fern Dyer.

Vicki was preceded in death by her mother Wanda Karen Thomason and her longtime partner Larry Arnold.

Vicki is survived by her sons Casey Strasner of Hobbs, NM and Craig Strasner of Midland, TX, grandchildren Clay, Dylan and Sydney Strasner of Hobbs and Jade and Chaz Strasner of Midland, TX, sister Carol Skarda and husband Danny of Amarillo TX, brothers Gary Lindsay and wife, Linda of Ojai, CA and David Lindsay and wife, Joyce of Tigard, OR and father Kenneth Lindsay of Duncan, Oklahoma and numerous extended family in Oklahoma.

Vicki received her associate degree from NMJC and managed The Bottle Shop for years.  Vicki loved her boys and her 5 grandchildren.  She enjoyed trips to Ruidoso, live music especially the Rolling Stones, gambling, horse racing and spending time with her dog Baby Girl.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Amazing Grace Pet Rescue or Guidance Center of Lea County.
