Virginia Womble

Graveside services for Virginia Womble of Hobbs, N.M., will be Aug. 7, 2007, at 10 a.m. at Prairie Haven Cemetery.
Mrs. Womble, 84, died Aug. 3, 2007, in Hobbs. She was born Oct. 14, 1922, in Springfield, Mo. She married Dave Womble on Nov. 6, 1945.
Virginia was an accomplished painter and seamstress. She was a member of Taylor Meshy;morial Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husshy;band, Dave Womble of Hobbs, and numerous nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Virginia Sue Womble in 1961, four sisters and one brother.
