To know Betty was to love her. She had a zest for life and was active in many hobbies. She bowled in the Tuesday Morning Housewives league on The Alley Cats team. She once bowled a perfect game. She was also an active member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority. When she wasn’t bowling or hanging out with the ladies she could be found on the golf course giving the guys a run for their money. She loved travel, wildflowers, dancing, bird watching, movies, and most of all spending time with her family.
Betty is survived by her husband, T.R. Collins and her children, Steve Collins, Patrick and wife Susan Collins, and Kathy Collins. She will be fondly remembered by her 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
