Eva Nel (Crook) Clary

Eva Nel Clary was born July 9, 1936 in Waco, Texas to Winford Crook and Langston Meritt.  She passed away March 5, 2023.  

She is survived by three sons; Billy Joe Duke, David Lee Duke and Lonnie Gene Duke, three step-children; Clifton A. Clary, Mary Diann Brown, Clary, 14 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.   She was preceded in death by her parents; Winford Crook and Langston Meritt, her sons; Bobby Ray Duke, and step-son Bobby Dale Clary, and husband Cecil Clary.

She was a member of First Nazarene Church, Lea Regional Hospital Auxiliary Pink Ladies and the Senior Center.  She retired from GTE.
